Micro-silica fume (scientific name "silica fume," Microsilica or Silica Fume), in the smelting of ferrosilicon and industrial silicon, silicon through the flue gas emitted by steam oxidation, the specially designed filter collected the amorphous powder like silica (SiO 2).
